About the role
Summer internships will range between the months of May and September depending on university schedules. Internship is full-time and on-site in Mountain View, CA.
We’re seeking a self-starting, detail-oriented People Operations Intern . You’ll step into a position where you will learn People Operations fundamentals firsthand and support our day-to-day functions. This position reports to the People Operations Specialist. Interns can look forward to owning a project from start to finish, which could involve building out new people processes, optimizing our onboarding experience, or helping drive key employee feedback initiatives. Come work with the team and help shape the culture and operational foundation for our team members! You’ll thrive in this role if you’re energized by fast-moving environments, enjoy solving problems collaboratively, lead with empathy, and are eager to build a career in People Operations.
