Work the frontier.
Train for it here.

Mars Mining optimizes you for your career before you even apply.

Mars is the goal, but getting there will take everything we have here on Earth. We need the best, the brightest and the most dedicated. If you think you have what it takes, you're right where you need to be. We mine the frontier for openings: dig out the roles, the skills they ask for and the way in. Learn the work. Prove it. Get hired. We track 1600 live roles at 57 companies, lay out step-by-step roadmaps, and run free courses that end in a certificate you can show an employer.

Your dream career won't come from emails sent into the void

Firing off résumés and hoping someone writes back isn't a plan. Mars Mining trains you for exactly what employers in your field look for: the skills, the job expectations and the interview. You'll apply with a polished dossier and proof of real coursework, and that gives your application a real edge over the stack.

  1. Pick a department. Eleven crews, from Drilling to Command. Start where your skills already are.
  2. Train and rank up. Pass module quizzes and interview drills, earn the department certificate and sleeve badge.
  3. Land the job. Take what you learned to 1600 live openings, filtered to your department.

Est. total comp is an estimated range from the median to the 90th-percentile wage, including benefits & bonus. Wages come from BLS OEWS, May 2025. Then we add employer-paid benefits (bonuses and other supplemental pay, paid leave, health insurance, 401(k) match and other retirement, legally required) using the wage share of total compensation by occupational group from BLS Employer Costs for Employee Compensation, June 2026 (wages are 67.4% of total comp for professional roles). Stock and options vary too widely to add, so equity is left out. Hover a figure to see the base and median.
